Individual Therapy
As a therapist in Windsor, I work with women through existential therapy to understand the real situations they encounter in their lives. Our conversations focus on the choices, pressures, relationships, and limits that shape how you live and perceive yourself. Rather than adhering to a fixed method, this approach allows the work to be directed by what matters most to you. Together, we take the time to examine patterns, responsibilities, and possibilities, enabling decisions to become more conscious and grounded. Over time, many individuals find themselves living with greater clarity about who they are and how they wish to navigate the world.
Couples
In my couples therapy practice, I utilize methods developed by John Gottman and Julie Gottman and have advanced training in this approach up to Level 2. This couples therapy method is complemented by my background in existential psychotherapy and existential analysis. During our sessions, we examine how partners communicate, how conflicts unfold, and how emotional connections can be built or lost over time. I assist couples facing challenges such as infidelity, growing distance, ongoing arguments, and the sensation that conversations go unheard. The process focuses on slowing down these patterns so that each person can grasp what occurs between them and what each individual needs. From there, we work towards clearer communication, renewed trust, and a relationship that feels more steady and intentional.
